  The guidelines we would appreciate you following while posting to this (or ANY) discussion list......
We hope to keep this list as ON Topic and News worthy as possible. Unfortunately We have to have a few rules....So let's get them out of the way.

* Keep your post's ON TOPIC (NASCAR/Stockcar related) 
  
* ALWAYS GIVE CREDIT -- The sites you get news from work long hard hours, they deserve the credit due to them ... ALWAYS Send along their link with anything snipped from their sites.
  
* SPOILERS / RACE RESULTS -- If your posting results from a recent race always put SPOILERS in the subject line.  This is out of respect to fellow fans that might have missed the live race and wish to watch it tape delayed.  No fun knowing who won before you get to watch!

* We will not allow ANY Bashing of ANY Nature. (towards drivers OR Fellow list members) The first time there will be a warning the second time you will be PLONKED, (Banned -- removed from the list) 

* NO Attachments PLEASE, out of respect to others, keep your Sig's (Closing in emails) simple.  If you have an image or wav you wish to share, there are a couple ways you can do that...announce it to the list with your personal email address, so people wanting the download can request it directly from you. Or, This is what I do....Upload it to the web and send the list the URL and we can go get it our selves :) 

* NO SPAM on the list and PLEASE do not use the EMAIL Address's off this list for personal use unless you have permission from that person. (For more info on SPAM Click here)

* There is no age limit on this list, so please THINK before you post :)

* DON'T SHOUT. TYPING IN ALL CAPS IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING. It's easier to read a mix of upper- and lower-case letters. 

* Never, ever post "MAKE MONEY FAST." It doesn't work, it gets people really mad, and no matter what it says, it's probably illegal. 

* Everyone hates commercials. Be very hesitant about posting advertisements or commercial messages. This also gets people really mad. 

* Ignore "trolls." Some people get a thrill from posting "flames" (really obnoxious messages) just to get a rise out of people. Sad, isn't it?  The troll will be removed (PLONKED)

* Be Original. Don't over quote: Copying a long post (more than 20 lines) just to add "I agree" or "me too" is considered bad form. 

* Lurk. Read the list without posting for a few weeks. This is known as "lurking," and it will give you the flavor of the list.
